SANDBLASTING

Before we can add any plating, we have to take your bumper down to the foundation. The first step of this is sandblasting. After check-in, your bumper is wheeled on its tree over to our sandblasting facility, where our technicians will use fine-grain media to clean your bumper of rust, paint, and anything else that might be stuck to it.

Once this is all cleared away, we can take a closer look at how much repair work your bumper needs, if any. Most of the time, our in-house welders can repair holes or other damage, and getting this clear view will help us work up an estimate of the total job, which we'll get to you quickly.

Next, we'll send it to straightening.
